  4. congrats and good luck with the surgery... !
  5. would love to see you runway those pants and show off your hips!
  6. It looks like an allergic reaction for sure. Good thing you can see the doctor on Monday.
  7. i can so relate. i was 224 at my first doctor visit and after 2 1/2 weeks post op i reached that 199. It was great getting there. however it is ten days later and i am stalled right there. i know it will pass but boy do i look forward to the scale moving down once again!.. You are doing a great job.. keep up the great work!

  11. I also have hit a stall this week .. 4 days and the same weight .. today is three weeks out for me. All i can think is "Is this really possible?" Do you really stall in your second week out? I need top start losing again..
  12. Holy Crap!.. i dont know what to say to that Joe, other then thanks for preparing me. I think i better stay off the scale. I don't want to see a weight gain. I think i would just sit in a corner and cry. well that said I know it isn't the end of the weight loss so keep up the good work plug along and you will see a loss soon.
  13. way to go... i am sure my loss will be slow also.. the reason i say that is even now (before surgery) when i dieted i didn't loose fast .. but slow and steady wins the race!
  14. thanks for posting Joe. i was wondering how you have been doing. glad everything went well. well it is my turn .. in less then 21 hrs i will be sleeved. and to be honest i am scared!!!.. can't wait to hear more about your journey..
