  1. Hydration is key to losing. You need to make sure you get your water. My doctor said make water the priority and protein next.
  2. Your bp drops when you stand up. Try taking it sitting and then standing. This happened to me and I was taken off bp meds. My doc said any number under 110 (on top) is getting in the low range and will cause these symptoms
  3. World market carries them in a little bottle size. Nice way to try different flavors c
  4. Your "friend" is not a friend. To you or sweet chunky girl. She's clearly oblivious to the power of her words. Explain it to her. Give her a chance to see the error of her ways. Otherwise find others for support because it won't be her. Sounds to me like she had her own issues and wants to keep heavy people heavy to soothe what ails her
  5. Oops.... Anyway I had surgery here in the US. Only blood tests were for nicotine and preop. I think they must disclose if they are looking of other specific drugs. I have never heard of drug screening for the procedure or denial for that reason. I do know people have been denied based on drinking habits and it being determined they weren't psychologically ready for the surgery. I have a friend you uses this to calm her stomach when it is bothering her. Its basically no longer recreational out of fear of derailing progress. Funny she says its no longer recreational but medicinal. Yes they ask this question a lot. Is it best to lie about it - I can't say. It is confidential to the health care provider and may be important to know for recovery etc
  6. They never did blood tests for drugs. I had mine
  7. You can always have a sip of the juice.
  8. I take gummies and have had two PERFECT blood tests in the three months since surgery. I also started taking a gummy probiotic and have not had "bathroom" or intestinal issues since I started taking them. At my followup last week, I complained about taking the calcium and they even recommended the gummy calcium - even if it isn't citrate - she said it should be fine.
  9. If you get the right size they are great
  10. You are beautiful!!!!
  11. Great to meet you and your husband Gamergirl!
  12. If you don't use appliances often I would not spend money on anything new. A blender works just fine
  13. Those hunger pains are probably gas. You need to find a way to get protein if you want to be successful. Are you on soft food yet?
  14. I eat these daily for a snack. They also have spicy ones. I eat the steamed as well.

I do turkey Cajun meatballs. Made a bunch this weekend to freeze and my 6 year old I'd devouring them
  16. I'm three months and just now reduced on bp med by half. When I got lightheaded standing up I called the doc and she adjusted the meds. She said for some people it is fast to wean them off and others are slower - basically, when my bp gets to 110 or below I reduce by half until I no longer take them
  17. Cheesecake Factory has small plates. Love the choices
  18. I was sleeved 5/9 and the hammer never dropped! Consider yourself lucky
