Thanks for the quick reply.. I guess I never even thought about going back to the nutritionist, that's a really good idea... I've tried therapists, can't find one that I like that's covered by insurance. It's really hard to find a good one!!!! Right after surgery I attended the support group at the facility where I was sleeved, didn't like it. It was more for those looking to have the surgery than a support system for after. I need to start working out again, need to get out of my head and get myself where I was a year ago. Happy, thinner and healthier.. Hey everyone! I was sleeved exactly three years ago tomorrow and I am beyond disappointed in myself. I lost just about 110 pounds and have gained back about 40 I have no one to blame but myself... I'm frustrated, angry, depressed.... Anyone else out there feeling the same? I need support and motivation, someone that's been where I am to talk me through this. I can NOT go back... Thank you!! I'm beyond excited and so proud of myself

One year ago today I made the best decision of my life!!! I have ZERO regrets! I'm down 104 pounds and have lost 5 (almost 6) pants sizes!!! I'm hoping to shed another 31 pounds over the next few months. Here are a few pictures I took last night! Those jeans I'm holding? They were SKIN TIGHT on me the day I went in for surgery!!
