  2. Thanks for the quick reply.. I guess I never even thought about going back to the nutritionist, that's a really good idea... I've tried therapists, can't find one that I like that's covered by insurance. It's really hard to find a good one!!!! Right after surgery I attended the support group at the facility where I was sleeved, didn't like it. It was more for those looking to have the surgery than a support system for after. I need to start working out again, need to get out of my head and get myself where I was a year ago. Happy, thinner and healthier.. Thank you for listening and for the wonderful advice Inner Surfer Girl:)
  3. Hey everyone! I was sleeved exactly three years ago tomorrow and I am beyond disappointed in myself. I lost just about 110 pounds and have gained back about 40 I have no one to blame but myself... I'm frustrated, angry, depressed.... Anyone else out there feeling the same? I need support and motivation, someone that's been where I am to talk me through this. I can NOT go back... I can NOT keep up this way. I have to get myself back in the game, but how? Where do I start? ⭕️ Lynne Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. Thanks! Hmmm maybe you can help me with something else! The site (and app) is not my friend! I posted a before pic, not only did it post three times but it's upside down! I swear I know how to work a computer, this site/app just doesn't like me! Can't figure out how to delete or edit those dang pictures!

  7. I tried looking for it but couldn't find it I don't come on here as much as I did in the beginning so I'm not great at navigating through the different areas lol
  8. Thank you for letting me brag and for all the kind comments!!!!
  9. Good luck! I have no regrets, couldn't be any happier!!!!
  10. Congrats! You look amazing!!!!
  11. Thank you!! I'm beyond excited and so proud of myself
  12. One year ago today I made the best decision of my life!!! I have ZERO regrets! I'm down 104 pounds and have lost 5 (almost 6) pants sizes!!! I'm hoping to shed another 31 pounds over the next few months. Here are a few pictures I took last night! Those jeans I'm holding? They were SKIN TIGHT on me the day I went in for surgery!!
  13. Way to go! You look great!!!!
  14. Yes, I feel sooo much lighter (ironic, huh?!)! I would share a pic but I have no idea how?!
  15. Good news is it'll grow back!!! Bad news is you hafta lose it before it'll grow back I just cut my hair off Meg Ryan style!! It makes my hair appear fuller being it's way curly. I cut mine off too! Not as short as you, but for me this is pretty drastic
  16. Thanks! I'm going to check this out!
  17. I feel the exact same way! This weekend I cut about 6 inches off. I'm hoping this will help as I was shedding every where I went!
  18. Yup, I've been washing my hair as little as possible. Ends up being about twice a week. I let it air dry so as to not damage it more with the blow dryer. I knew to expect some hair loss, nothin like this though!!!!
  19. I'm almost five months out (sleeve) and my hair is falling out in clumps Thankfully I have long, thick hair but I'm still pretty worried. I'm thinking of chopping it all off this weekend....
  20. I know the feeling! Best decision I ever made!!!
  21. July 8 was my surgery date. I opted for St. Joe's Hospital, everyone I dealt with was great. My surgery was at 9am Monday and i was released around 6pm Tuesday. First few days I was sore, but all in all my recovery was pretty uneventful! I've lost 31 pounds so far. I stalled for about 2 weeks, but thankfully the scale has started moving again!
