  1. You can get a powdered flavorless protein powder and you can add that to your cream of wheat I added to peanut butter so you have more protein can add it to a lot of things that will help you can even add it to your cottage cheese
  2. Early on I was staying around 6 ounces an hour then move it up to 8 ounces an hour so just keep an eye on the clock and pay attention to how your sleeves feels.
  3. Walking is the only way I got better.

  8. I have gone through dental experience that has been more painful than the sleeve your first two to three days are the worst you get better every day in leaps and bounds your first week but it's very easy you'll be surprised
