  2. i have done this a few times..all it takes is that one vote too many..i get up and walk around..it's always passed in a little while. feel better!

  5. he two weeks prior to the big drop we're 2 lbs.....and then boom, huge loss. i am happy with weight loss. e boni....almost to a t!
  6. update...down 54 lbs from surgery date of 1/21/13 64 lbs in total..had to share my big drop of 9 lbs in the last week....

  8. i too had regrets. i hope you will begin to feel differently as you grow healthier. i miss my addiction food but am willing to let it go for a freer life. was sitting outside my boutique enjoying the Spring and two people walked by...i said hello and they did not recognize me at first....it felt great! i like not feeling cumbersome and fitting in smaller spaces! blood pressure is perfect !

  10. on a losing streak. was in Scotland until 4/3 and only lost 3 lbs while away. i have lost 6 lbs in 6days since returning home. i was not cheating away andwalking alot. makes no sense to me but i take ! down 51 lbs post op...61 in total
  11. you can do it! the first day back tothe grind is always the hardest for me.
  12. i believe in being honest and saying things in a respectful way.....i have noted on this forum both ends of the spectrum. highly sensitive members as well as people who come across somewhat hostile. i do believe in giving folks honest feedback
  13. another worry is too much estrogen in soy products....and the relation to female cancers. also genetically altered soybeans other meat subs. i want to eat clean but can't imagine giving up certain meat subs.
  14. sleeved 1/21, down 48 lbs post op, 10 pre op. feeling good about it!

  16. i too Like natural instead of artificial ...i also don't like plain water because it hits my sleeve hard. drink a mixture of g2 water.....the ratio is 75 percent water 25g2, it helps me with my fluid intake!

  18. freeze a banana and puree in good processor..like ice cream
  19. lifetime..i think your weight loss is great....it's steady....
  20. seems like if you have a lower bmi it's slower....
  21. i had a year plus of food funerals!!!! was supposed to have the surgery June last summer...put it off january...if i want afraid to all hoopsi had to jump through..appointments...i might have put it of forever.....
