Went to the doctor my 3 month visit I have lost a total of 65 lbs I am loving my sleeve Julie

I just made chicken alfredo for dinner tonight I love it it tastes good you know but just a little heavy on my stomach a lot of things different heavy on my stomach some more than others I think it's mainly meats it's not that it hurts my stomach it's just all there and it's blah anyone else have the same problem there is 1 thing that I can eat and that is cereals that don't seem to set too hard on my stomach or should I say just heavy Julie
