All regular food sits heavy on my stomach. I generally stick with eating meats only for the protein value; since I don't get all my protein in from protein shakes. My meal plan states eat the meat first, then vegs and last carbs. However, I can only get in the meat before I start feeling stuffed. Then I spend the next 30-60 minutes waiting for it to digest; praying that it doesn't come back up. I also did well with cereal, but my doc said that was a big no-no. Overall my stomach is very finicky. I can eat something one day and it tastes good and I enjoy it; but the next day I'll eat the same thing and don't enjoy it at all. Mostly trial and error so far.
