light headed

Does anyone get lightheaded after surgery when I bend over I'll get up too fast does it happens quite often

    yes, at one point I simply went and ate extra spoonful or two of yogurt because I was completley wiped a little freaky feeling like that to much, but post surgery diet gone I don't have these troubles at all, 3 months out now.
