lol, SO TRUE!!! I'm just thinking of how much more effective (and entertaining!) the anti-obesity campaigns would be if they promoted this side effect!!

Was at a party last night, seeing people I hadn't seen in a while. Everyone was so nice about the weight loss, etc. Within about an hour, the women were in the kitchen talking and the men were in the den chilling.
One of the guys is hysterical in general and was talking about when he lost 50 lbs. a few years ago, and the resulting increase. He said, 'And you've lost 100? Dude, I'm surprised you're not poking one of our eyes out with that thing now.' It was so funny.
We all decided that instead of the stereotypical billboard advertising the free surgery talks, they should just point out that a guy's penis will get longer, and they'd have to fight people from crowding in to sign up.
We also thought that there should be two brochures. One for couples that talks about the health benefits, etc. and one just for guys that has the same cover, but all of this other side benefit stuff inside.

As a woman, I can say that I can't want to see penises growing bigger and longer after I start losing weight too!

oh by the way ladies Im a widower and I have no problem sending out post op pics of me naked just ask in in a few months lmfao

I'd take coming back for firsts.

All I can say is that I've been married 18 years and since the weight loss my wife is coming back for second and thirds. P.S. she reminds me that bigger too.

At 377 pounds my penis was a JOKE. It looked like a stinking turtlehead. When you lose the weight you lose the fat around your penis which allows it to appear longer. Not only that blood flow down there works a heck of alot better when your healthy and thin so you gain a little there just because your a ROCK HARD stallion. Now that I got my Tummy Tuck and removed a large portion of my pubic mound with all the extra skin I am actually HUNG. Its AMAZING I TELL YOU. You definately gain inches. It most certainly does - my wife lost around 200lb from her WLS several years ago and that made a substantial difference (not least of which was the joy of being able to get my arms and legs around her!) and now with the deletion of my fatpad as well, we have hit bottom. Ah, the trials of life!

Female perspective on this. i have lost 70 pounds. Needless to say, I had quite a cushion. Now, bottoming out is a common occurance. If it happens for us girls, its definitely going to impact the "usable length" on you guys.

OK, guys, as someone who's over two years out, a few things.
First, it DOES look bigger, and it GETS bigger; not only does the removal of the fat make it look bigger, but there's more, uh, USABLE size.
Possibly more important, it gets HARDER. Touchy subject, but a lot of heavy guys have problems with blood pressure and other things that can make it hard (har har) to maintain a super firm erection. Nowadays, my boners are so hard I'm surprised ... well, I can't say it in public, but yeah. It's a pleasant change; I think my ladyfriends have enjoyed the extra hardness even more than the inch or so extra visible length.

I think we need to see pictures!

i've lost 160 so far. and, unfortunately, no, john holmes has not been reincarnated. no 16" or even otr's 4.5" increase have been accomplished. however, yes, mr wiggly has returned and not only am i so very happy that we can speak face to face again, instead of around a mountain, but yeah, it's a noticable difference. more than that though, is all of the ways that skinny sex is much better. so many more possibilities. much more stamina and staying power. some nights, i feel like a teenager again.

My husband and I have lost over 100 lbs collectively, and I can confirm that, uhm, new depths have been reached *blush*.

You can expect to see about 1" more penis per 35lbs of weight loss. Of course this is limited to the the amount of fat surrounding yours.
I have lost just shy of 100lbs & can say it is verry noticeable. And with less fat around it, holding it up, it does hang lower (appear even larger) flacid.

When you're getting your IV in, ask them to give you a scope patch. It's an anti-nausea patch they give to people with nausea/dizziness/vertigo and they can put it on you before surgery so you're not sick when you wake up.

I had surgery last Friday. I bought me a recliner chair on Sunday. It's a little pricey solution, but it helped me sleep. Has totally helped my healing process

I hadn't heard much on this forum lately, and I wondered how it's going? If I remember correctly, there were a couple of people on the LGBT forum that were sleeved at the end of last year or the beginning of this year. (I had surgery in December.) I'm down 70 pounds as of right now, and while things are slowly a little now, I'm extremely happy overall.
