  1. Physical hunger is WAY different than 'head hunger' and cravings. The physical hunger is less (I still have some, but only when it's REALLY time for a meal) but the cravings and head hunger are certainly still there and are very fearsome competition to reasoning.
  2. I have absolutely no regrets and I can't imagine ever having them. This is giving me a life and health and helping with my happiness. NO regrets at all.

  4. Yep- have her choose her favorite and it can be her sleep shirt, etc.
  5. I agree with others- wean yourself! I drink a lot of crystal light now. I LOVE their mango peach green tea flavor.
  6. Hrm, I'm not sure! I seem to be able fit more than other times, too. Just get back up and get back on the plan!
  7. I don't have any that fit right now, but it looks like it'll work!
  8. I waited 6 weeks because my surgeon wanted me to be super super super careful. Man,... 10 days!?!?!?! Sheesh, I waited too long!
  9. I keep coming back to your post. You look SO fantastic!
  10. Oh! Also try GasX chewables (if your surgeon says they are okay) and heating pads! Hope it gets better soon!
  11. Just keep walking, walking, walking, walking. Mine mostly went away in about 3 days, but I've heard from lots of people who had it stick around for a little more than a week.
  12. I might suggest shapewear to help mold your skin a bit, but hold off on really really really firm stuff for the other ladies' reasons.
  13. I could walk a few miles (and be exhausted) pre-op. I'm 5 months out now, and can do WAY more than that. I am working on a Couch to 5k program with my husband. I still don't enjoy exercise, but I like that my body can do more than it could before.
  14. I have BCBS Excellus, and I heard within 2 weeks, but I'm not sure exactly how long.
  15. Good luck! I haven't heard a lot about this procedure.
  16. I've been wondering about this recently, too. Definitely not as firm as it used to be!

  18. Thanks for the post on this, I've been looking at Rago today. I dig the retro look.
