Just saw this post. I'm so happy for you!!! I'm still on the 6 month supervised diet but my last weigh in was 404. I'm getting close to the 300's and I can't wait! I totally know how you feel!
Keep up the awesome work! You are truly an inspiration for me and I can't wait to be sleeved and on the same journey as you!!

I had it all done at once which required me to go to Mexico. Local docs wanted to stage it over 3 surgeries which would have taken me about 3 years due to time off work issues. I am not recommending this route for everyone, but it has been amazing for me - love my results, loved the care and love having it all BEHIND me.
I seriously need to get updated before and after photos but here is a thread with some info in it.

I attached a recent photo - I lost over 180# from my all time highest weight - 160# as a result of the sleeve. I had excess skin for sure! This pic gives you an idea of what is possible!
 

Hey all. Just checking in. I got to come home yesterday. Monday night was horrible. Felt so nauseated and kept dry heaving. They changed my pain med to something way less stronger and tried another nausea med and I've been much better since then. Having a really hard time drinking. I do ok with Water but I know my doc wants me getting my Protein in too. Trying on the Protein but really focusing on Water so I don't get dehydrated. This drinking is a full time job.
Hope everyone else is doing good or doing better as the days go by!

23rd for me too! I'm getting extremely nervous but after 12 days on this liquid only preop diet, I'm just ready for Monday to hurry and get here!! My surgery is at 8am.

My hubby and I are on date night and we are in the theatre waiting on the movie to start... I just looked down and MY LEGS ARE CROSSED AND MY PANTS ARE BAGGY!!! Hallelujah!!!!!
I'm 27 days out and down 24 lbs! I measured today and have lost 29 INCHES!!!!! I have been in a two-week stall, but this new discovery has given me what I needed to push through the stall!!! Can't wait for the rest of y'all to get to this point!!!

I was just reading through several of these posts and a much as I hate that we all feel this way, it sure is nice knowing there are others who worry about the same things that I do.
Just when you think you are the only person who feels a certain way, this place reminds me that so many of us are alike. It's nice fitting in!

I just started my 5th month of the supervised diet so still have 2 months to go. I'm hoping I'll have an August surgery date!!! You never know with insurance but I'm hoping I get a quick approval.

I talked with the psychologist for about 30 minutes. He was just making sure I knew about the surgery and was prepared for everything. Also went over past weight loss attempts and failure. Then, I had to take a true/false questionnaire...was like 400 questions.
It wasn't bad at all. I stressed about it for nothing. You'll do fine....just be honest with them.
