  3. Awesome to hear. I'm glad we are with him. I'm super confident with him as our surgeon. Dr T did my endoscopy and was very nice also. Then he relayed a message to Dr. Beekley telling him I had some questions and Dr B called me that night. So nice. I just finished all my tests. Start pre-op on Tuesday!! What tests do you have left? I'm glad I didn't go up to a girl at the meeting that I thought might be you lol. Are you having second thoughts? I'm so nervous!

  5. I needed an endoscopy as part of my pre-op testing. They found 2 polyps on my stomach that they gave medicine for no biggie. They put me under, I remember nothing but waking up and telling the nurse she had a great haircut lol. My throat was a little sore the rest of the day but that's all. I'm a total baby. I
  6. Last pre-admissions tests today! I just ordered opurity and unjury for my pre-op.diet! April 2 here we go!

  12. I am dreading the hair loss! I'm a hair stylist and always feel so bad for people who have fine/thinning hair. I plan on just putting a few tape-in extensions for volume. And yes, if it gets really bad on the too the hair fibers work well to camo hair loss. There is one good one called x-fusion. Good luck to you all.

  14. My husband and I loVE the vitamix! I'm pre-op vut we use it everyday. It is well worth the $$.

  19. Lee I know exactly what you mean. My dad is the same way. He called me he other day and asked me if I had second thoughts he said he is worried and he would work out with me every day. He works like a maniac and lives about a half hour from me. It mad me cry hearing him say that. I know they are just worried about us. I have made up my mind and know getting the sleeve will improve my quality of life. I too have been overweight forever and missed out on living. I'm ready. Good luck on your decision. you are not alone!
