  1. Ahh thanks for your info. It helps so much hearing everyone else's feelings and experiences. When i hear a bad story I have second thoughts and feel like I want to chicken out! I can't. I'm glad you are a wimp and are doing well. I'm a wimp too!!

  4. Thank you so much for the info!! I am super scared and look up to everyone in post op!!! I have surgery in less then a month I'm just trying to be prepared for anything I can.
  5. This will be my first "real" surgery. I've had 3 wisdom teeth taken out but I really don't count that as surgery. What was the most painful part? Any suggestions beyond sipping and walking?

  8. It just bananas cut up and frozen. Then they take them out and throw them in a blender. So it the exact consistency of frozen yogurt. Delish!
  9. Have you ever tried the frozen bananas! Some of the yogurt places carry them. Super yummy. They taste just like frozen yogurt. I'm still in pre-op and was wondering the same. I figured sugar free and a tiny bit. But maybe the banana would be a little more nutritional even thought it prob carries more calories. Just a suggestion

  13. I tell everyone. I'm a hair stylist and are pretty close with my clients. Being that im going to take off a month of work, i really,dont want to make up a story. Not that that matters, I honestly just tell everyone! I'm proud of my decision and welcome the support. I defiantly understand not wanting to tell everyone though. It is very personal.

  21. I know right! We need to compare notes and get through this together! I go for my Endoscopy Friday. I started panicking today . I think I'm over it now and ready to get this started!! So happy for you on getting your date! I started crying and almost crashed my car into a trash can when I found out lol. Needless to say, I thought I was going to have to wait 6 months. I was pleasantly surprised!
