    I went shopping for clothes to small clothes that is. yes I did, I wear a size 2x tops and 16 to 18 pants ..... Ok what size I bought a large that's my motivation I looking forward to a med top and a size 7 to 8 pants that's my goal and I'm determine I just bought tops and dresses.

    With my insurance (keystone mercy) 3months with all of the appointments sleep study, cardiac, nutritionist etc..... My consult was jan 27th got appointment that day for surgery April 16th time moving fast because of the appointments

    So excited!!!!! I was told by my Doc I don't need to do a pre op diet but I'm going to start my protein shakes breakfast and lunch and a sensible meal for dinner. Just want to be prepare for the AFTERMATH!!! Lol
