  1. Hello I was sleeved 9 months ago..I have a small problem. I am very hungry after 6 pm I drink plenty of water but I am still hungry..my weight loss has been good but I've notice it's slowed down. I spoke to my doctor and he said usually in the morning my stomach is tight but as the day goes on my stomach expands and I am able to fit more food. Any advise on how to keep hunger under control?

Has anyone hurt there back and hit the gym after? If so what exercise did you do to make your back stronger. My primary care doc said I've lost bone mass due to my sleeve because I don't get enough nutrients in my everyday diet. Has anyone heard of this bone loss issue?
