No really I can only get in about 30oz of water...I am drinking now :)

Drinking more Water helps. You can use a stool softener. Docosate Sodium (Colace is the brand name) but do not use the kind with stimulants, Senna or Senosides, because they are habit forming and can cause permanent nerve damage. Any stimulant laxative will. Things like Miralax should only be used on occasion and after trying milder options. Here is what my Dr. recommended.

I put a handful of baby leaf spinach, small banana, 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar, packet of equal and a few fresh blueberries with my protein shake and blend in blender. Firm BM with no pain. Actually this is my favorite drink!

Metamucil ( clear and natural) it is the "blue" bottle not the orange one. this stuff worked miracles for me. I have had difficulty getting my plumbing to work regularly even with the proper fluid intake. This stuff you mix with any liquid and it does not clump up you can not even tell it is in our drink.
