    Let me tell ya, having to get potassium thru your IV BURNS like crazy! Pills didn't bring it up enough after surgery, so thur the IV it came

    I put a handful of baby leaf spinach, small banana, 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar, packet of equal and a few fresh blueberries with my protein shake and blend in blender. Firm BM with no pain. Actually this is my favorite drink!
