Another person who used the same surgeon as me didn't get the drain. Is it case by case? Or some surgeons use the,cand some don't?

I know sometimes they do it while your still under, but I want to be prepared just in case.How gross is the leak test? Does it taste like pepto? Or worse? Honestly, this is one of the things I'm nervous about now that my surgery is coming closer!Sorry, didn't read the other posts, but I'm 51 bmi and have a 6 month diet to follow (started January). It's different for each insurance companyUgh, my husband tried pulling this once. I said "oh? You think I'm not doing anything?" So I went on strike. It took two nights of him making Cereal for dinner (he can't cook at ALL, like he doesn't even know how to make an egg) and washing his own clothes and he apologized. Maybe it was extreme, but he pissed me off!For full liquid could we have Paneras broccoli cheddar and strain chunks? That's my favorite soup!Or like people said, the beans and cheese and maybe some sour cream tooI would think they could shrink. Obviously I know better then this, but I'm so afraid of absent mindedly putting something in my mouth like when I make my husbands lunch for work or getting my kids a snack. My surgery is now weeks away and I'm so nervous! I'm just so used to taking a piece of this, or that, and I hope I can get myself to pay attention all the time! Sorry for my little early morning rant lol. The dream really freaked me out!Is there a place to get samples of different brands and flavors? My surgery is in about 5 weeks and I don't want to buy a whole thing and end up not liking it.
