How about Water aerobics? If you have a YMCA nearby, they usually have a great variety of water classes. Would be a good start until you've lost enough weight to move to land based classes/activities.

Ok, this vacation induced scale hiatus is not easy! Haven't weighed since Saturday and I'm dying to know if / how much I've lost. I feel like I've lost but have no easy means of telling. Oh well, will just enjoy my lake time and look forward to good news when I'm reunited with my scale this weekend.

I will be 6 weeks post-op this coming Tuesday 07/02. Starting Tues. I get to slowly and carefully eat regular food. I am down about 45lbs from where I started.
I just went to Kohl's and bought some shorts 2 sizes/4" smaller. This is starting to be fun! :-)

It was rather a serious matter. Not everything can be hearts and flowers. No normal person likes a fight but at times, fight we must.

If this is what's going on, it's SHAMEFUL. No woman who steps forward should ever be pressured, coerced, threatened or "persuaded" to change her story.

As a woman who's dealt with sexual abuse, it sounds to me like you're now throwing yourself under the bus to protect someone because you either feel sorry for him possibly having to deal with the (totally justified) repercussions of his actions, or because you are afraid he might somehow lash out at you, or because you have some kind of residual feelings for him.
Don't back down if what you said was the truth. Don't protect someone who is targeting your fellow females.
Don't make yourself a target by taking the heat because you're afraid he has more to lose than you do.
Don't cheapen future claims by other women; they will face "Oh we've been down THIS road before, you're just a troll, we got lied to once, we ain't believing it again" instead of getting support.
Please. If you were truthful at the outset, don't claim to be a liar now. It's too important.
