My surgeon says any exercise is good especially walking.. Don't give up continue to walk.. Walking is one of the best exercises especially if u like it... Keep pressing toward your goal...

I am 110lbs down since 1/14/13... I have another 84lbs to my goal weight.., loving my sleeve..
