    I can't wake up!

Our bodies went through major surgery and sleep helps use to recover. So no worries. Get well soon!

Get well soon! Sending lots of prayers!
  6. That's the one I'm in love with too! Lol
  7. Does anyone know about the squeezable water enhancers? The bottle says no calories and no sugar. I was sick of crystal light and tried these and they are good. But I don't wanna cause a stall?

Alcohol and 2 weeks post op!

Let your body heal. Why drink?
  10. Eat some Soup, it's filling and it fills like you are eating a lot of food... To help with the head hunger. Make a peach and yogurt smoothie for the sweet. Good luck

  12. It's been 3 weeks and I have only lost 20 pounds and that came off in the first week and half. I'm getting super discouraged! I don't eat that much and getting protein shakes down. I keep telling myself that my body will catch up. Everybody says they can tell I have lost weight maybe I'm losing inches. And also I go through a food sadness cause I wanna eat, but I know I can't !
