Does anyone know about the squeezable water enhancers? The bottle says no calories and no sugar. I was sick of crystal light and tried these and they are good. But I don't wanna cause a stall?

OUCH!
- Alcohol and 2 weeks post op!
The expert would be your surgeon, ask him- Alcohol and 2 weeks post op!
Let your body heal. Why drink?- Alcohol and 2 weeks post op!
- Craving something sweet
Eat some Soup, it's filling and it fills like you are eating a lot of food... To help with the head hunger. Make a peach and yogurt smoothie for the sweet. Good luck- All of my December sleevers...
I was sleeved on dec 26 and have lost 20 pounds but I lost that the first week and 1/2 so yea big stall lol- Its been 3 weeks!

And also I go through a food sadness cause I wanna eat, but I know I can't !- please help
