  2. I was sleeved on Dec 26 and have lost like 45 pounds. I was 240 and now 195. Anyway for the past week I have not been able to eat, I usually only eat once a day but when I do eat I get nauseous and then it goes away. I don't get in enough fluid or protein please help

  7. Does anyone know about the squeezable water enhancers? The bottle says no calories and no sugar. I was sick of crystal light and tried these and they are good. But I don't wanna cause a stall?

  9. Eat some Soup, it's filling and it fills like you are eating a lot of food... To help with the head hunger. Make a peach and yogurt smoothie for the sweet. Good luck
  10. I was sleeved on dec 26 and have lost 20 pounds but I lost that the first week and 1/2 so yea big stall lol
  11. It's been 3 weeks and I have only lost 20 pounds and that came off in the first week and half. I'm getting super discouraged! I don't eat that much and getting protein shakes down. I keep telling myself that my body will catch up. Everybody says they can tell I have lost weight maybe I'm losing inches. And also I go through a food sadness cause I wanna eat, but I know I can't !

  13. Yes keep drinking slowly. Don't get dehydrated. That will be a whole other problem.
  14. Yes I think when you lose weight your body's not use to it and you get cold. When we are heavier I think we never get cold lol
  15. My stomach did it too, it will get better and then not hurt as much. It's been 2 weeks for me and my stomach stills does it, it's like all the air is rising to the top and then released.

  17. I still feel awful, I can do anything but take pain meds and sleep. I have diaherra and gas. I feel like I have made a horrible mistake. I suppose to go back to work on the 7th and I can't even hold my head up for very long. My husband had the d switch surgery on the same day and we are both not doing as well as I think we should

  19. I am having surgery tomorrow along with my husband I'm super nervous!! I guess I'm afraid of the unknown
