Tmrw I get to introduce fish and over cooked pastas. Day 22! I've lost 15 pounds since Jan 8! I still can't drink Protein Drinks or powder I swell and makes me sick! I haven't started exercising yet! Hope every one is doing great!!!

Congrats!! I just had a little victory myself I dropped down into the 250's today. That's 18 lbs lost in my first week from surgery, 29 including my pre-op diet!! This is awesome!
I hope I can get to where you are with the 50oz of Water, but right now I have to choose Protein or water. I find myself doing Protein One day and fluids the next. I'm sure it will get easier to get in what I need, I keep having to remind myself I'm only ONE week out.
Still...18 is not bad for ONE week :)

My dr. Didn't put me on a pre op diet. just nothing but Clear Liquids the day before. I have been trying to cut down by myself though to get ready.

I sure will!!! I actually just found this app and I can't figure out how to use it!! I will spend a little time tmrw and get to know it!! I fly out with my hubby on the 6th and fly back on the 11th!! 31 years old and 32 bmi I am SO excited!!
