Tmrw I get to introduce fish and over cooked pastas. Day 22! I've lost 15 pounds since Jan 8! I still can't drink protein drinks or powder I swell and makes me sick! I haven't started exercising yet! Hope every one is doing great!!!

I was sleeved on Jan 7 I weighed 203 and weigh 189 babbbyyy lol but when I got out of surgery I weighed 211 from gas and water I guess so it took a week just to get down to my 203! I'm feeling great! Eating purée foods soups, love Greek yogurt and honey or jelly.. I can't do protein shakes I get very bloated!!! So I do cottage cheese, carnation and get it in that way!

Are you taking a anti acid ?

I was sleeved 7-7-13 also, I was very nauseous, dry heaved some not a lot, but I do have some pains where they made incisions at still, hard to lean up and sore to walk.. Any one else..?? And also I'm just a tad bit nauseated now, I think from liquids..

How long did it take you to loose weight gain from hospital, and when did soreness go away, I'm 3 days out!

I am still very sore but can walk around and do things, I gained 11 pounds during hospital stay from saline Iv. I've lost 5 of them, does anyone know how soon I will lose all the bloated feelings and water weight gain? And when the soreness will go away?? I also walk every hour or two for 15-25 min. Thanks!!

Doing well today.. Sore but better than yesterday!!

Well my surgery was finished yesterday at 3:30. When I woke up in recovery it was horrible, throwing up, but each hour is getting better, I'm walking every hour for 15 min, started my juices and did my leak test all is good!!!! Just sore.. Very sweet people here!! They told me I would gain water weight and from gas I came in weighing 203 and weigh 211 now, but I'm sure that will come right off!! I pray I am able to work on the 16th!! I will keep you all posted, and thank you!!
