  1. Im 8 weeks out. Im doing well. I started @ 307 now im 248. My eating habits have changed no doubt and I have cut out most of the things that got me obese in the first place. I work out every other day im a certified gym rat. If I miss a day of the gym I feel bad and I make up for it the next day. Ive been wanting fried chicken for a week or so now. The funny thing is after I eat it if I do, it may make my head hurt so bad that I may not ever want it again lol. What do you guys think. Will I turn into a gremlin after 12am after having a piece of fried chicken. Lol
  2. I just ate some trader joes popcorn cooked in olive oil with a hint of salt. Was this a bad idea? I work out 4 times a week and have a physical job. Im 7 weeks post op. I think I deserve a little popcorn.
  3. No desk job for me. Im @ home depot. I walk around the store so much I probably burn around 1000 calories in my 9 hours there. I pick up pallets move and pick up merchandise push cages and to top it all off I live in NYC. I dont own a car I walk take the subway or city bus. Im always on my feet. I think not having a desk job and living in the city gives me an advantage. I got to the gym 3 times a week. Thats just a bonus for me.

I had my 2 week post op yesterday and I mentioned to my Dr that im worried about getting to few calories in during my puree and soft foods stages. She told me that would change. Ive heard stories on here that Drs didnt cut enough of the stomach. Get ultrasound check it out.

My first 3 days where hell also but it get better from there. Im never hungry I just feel the need to chew. I even made dinner for my family and didn't take not one piece.
