  1. For breakfast make a one egg omelet, with some cheese, and ham or ground turkey. For lunch I'm liking canned chicken (like tuna) with a little fat free mayo, mustard and salt and pepper. For dinner, well I'm cooking for hubby and kids so typically i just cook a little of the meat I'm cooking just plain for me

  7. Have you tried zumba?? I did the video work out at home i bought off Ebay when i was thinner like 250 now 4 weeks post op at 315 i can only go the intro (the easy part where they show you the steps) but it's better than nothing!! And i love doing it!!

  9. It's def going to work!! Make sure you're drinking your liquids and getting enough healthy proteins.
  10. I had a cup of coffee and that helped with being backed up i just Madge sure to drink am extra cup of water
  11. I seen to be able to tolerate everything, except pam "fried"eggs, haven't had issues with anything else if i eat it slow enough
  12. This water thing is def something i plan on talking to my nut about at my next visit, i can handle the cl, but i feel like I'm drinking juice and I'm not much of a juice drinker!!

  14. You can go on to have regular bypass if you need it. 75-80% of your excess weight is the average weight loss. This is just an average, it includes the people who don't follow diet/exercise, and those who turn into diet/exercise fanatics. Just do everything in your power to reach and beat the average! Good luck
  15. No preop diet here, I'm almost 4 weeks out at last weigh in (last Monday) i was down 38lbs since pre op appt. Every Dr has different rules!!

  17. I've seen it a million times here and I'm experiencing it, I'm just wanting to know for those of you that water Made feel sick, when did it stop? I'm such a water drinker and so sick of crystal light and such.
  18. Are you actually hungry? Or is it head hunger? My surgery was on the 10th, I've yet to feel actually hungry, head hunger, oh yea!! What i keep telling myself Is "21 days" meaning 21 days from when i started soft foods (this past Sunday). It takes 21 days to either change, or make a habit, I'm hoping after 21 days the head hunger will go away because I've been eating right
  19. Its hard to tell in pictures, i def see a difference, especially in your cheeks. I would recommend taking measurements so you know you're changing. I've lost 40lbs, nobody has said anything. I'm still off of work I'm hoping when i go back to work somebody will notice!!

  21. Yes your weight can fluctuate by pounds in one day, also weighing atty different times gives you different results, start weighing just once a week same day same time every time.
