15. 6 lbs to go and im with you girl!
16. 6 months later...
17. I was sleeved 10/11/12. Im a slow loser. But grateful (and frustrated) nonetheless. SW:272 CW : 230 GW: 150-160 I still struggle with the fullness and head hunger issues. This site is great for advice though!
18. I have some. Ive tried it , about two days later a bm but then it just stops working. I was thinking of letting the dr know !
19. Pardon me, but I USED to have bowel movements. Now... even after fiber and a million glasses of water a day , nothing. I know it may contribute
20. Thanks for all the advice guys. You guys are the reason I joined this site ! I refuse to give up hope, but I get so overwhelmed sometimes. I also think I hit another stall, but I will not stop my routine!
21. thanks for the kind words and advice. weight can fluctuate by POUNDS in a day? im not bothered so much by the overall , because i have far more energy now than ive had in a while, but i work really hard at this weight thing. I often feel like im the only person in the world this surgery just will not work for!!
22. its really hard not to get discouraged when your weight was a big part of your life. I havent done any measurements yet. I have some new items that i got in a size smaller that fit, but I can also fit some of my older things too. I was just told on another forum to try Water pills.
23. Lil vent session here... I know that the gastric sleeve is a tool and not a cure. My surgery weight was 272, and as of yesterday i was a delightful 230. Today , yes today I stand at a whopping 234. On every scale in my house. I followed my diet to a t, upped my Water consumption, take my Vitamins, and exercise almost daily ( kickboxing, cardio). Nothing. I thought I was happier at first, now I find that all i do is stress, stress stress. Im 100% discouraged with this surgery. Im sure when I go back for a follow up next month my dr will be disappointed. I just dont know what to do anymore. My hair is thinning, i feel bloated i am just FED UP!!!! 2012.htm
