If you break make sure you chew chew chew, I've found that by the time I've chewed something a million times its no longer appealing, I'll spit it out, not worth taking the food into my pouch if it isn't good and it isn't nutritious

What about isopure? They sell it at vitamin shoppe and gnc, i haven't tried it yet but they have flavors like peach mango and stuff, its more like juice -

I was 2 weeks late and started mine the day before surgery, I'm on iud so it was really light so i didn't mind them just putting a pad thing under me (like puppy pads) then i had my period fur about 2 weeks after which is odd for me its typically like 3 days -
My Dr had me taking pills when i got home, they were like capsules filled with tiny balls
