  1. Whatever exercise you do it is good. I would say at least 30 minutes a day will really help out.
  2. That is a lot of weight to loss. Good Job! I hope I can lose that much weight!
  3. Did the gastric sleeve surgery help a lot with your portion control over food?
  4. If they nag right back and tell them something is wrong, you may have to go in for an endoscopy to see if all is well. Do not talk to the nurses make an appointment and see the doctor again if it keeps happening. Eat slowly and wait one minute before taking the next bit. That may have something to do with it also.

  7. You may have to stay on the liquid diet a little while longer. Call the doctor and explain to him what is going on.

  13. I was told to do a lot of Cardio Post operative to burn up a lot of calories and to flush toxins out of the liver. You can do 30 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of toning the muscles and stretches to help. Tracy

  16. I will be in Mexico for surgery on April 8 with Dr. Ariel Ortiz. Wish me Luck!
  17. I I am going to be sleeved on April 8 and I have to have two Atkins shakes a day and then have dinner. 4 oz of chicken or fish with a small saled and drink tons of water to fill up. I can have sugar free jello for dessert. I hope I do not cheat on the diet. Good luck. Sincerely, TRacy
  18. I heard that a pre-operation diet helps to shrink the liver before the operation because your stomach is right next to the liver when the doctor does the gastric sleeve. I think it depends on what your surgeon wants.
  19. Before you take anything ask you doctor first. Hot herbal tea and a tablespoon of honey will help temporary. Sugar free couch drops will help. Ask the surgeon first.
