Beef broth for clear liquids is yummy and my sleeve likes it!

What kind of beef broth do you buy at the store?

I've bought a couple. Didn't really care for Swanson Chicken Broth. I have a local store brand kind that is tolerable (chicken). Yesterday, after I passed my swallow study - they gave me Herb Ox Beef Broth and I really liked it. Today, my mom went to the store and found the beef and chicken kind. Almost tastes comparable to Ramen Noodles without the noodles. One packet = 5 calories and 1 carb. I haven't tasted the chicken yet. Made by Hormel and one box comes with 8 packets. A little excited because I am on the liquid diet for another two weeks.

I just may bring my own packet of beef and chicken brooth. You can get sugar free

Good luck to you! Please post on how you are doing! Prayers your way! I was sleeved 2.28.13 - the broth has made me feel a world of difference today. SF Popsicles has helped me so much pre-op I've only had one an a half post op. powerade zero ( my surgeon lets me have) has also helped too!
