  1. I was told that Retin A will make the scars go away. You may want to check with your doctor. It takes about six months but they will fade by using Retin A.
  2. You should be eating 800 calories a day. The Atkins diet is what worked best for me. Protein and dark green vegetables.
  3. You should call your doctor and tell him what is going on. Try sugar free Jello or sugar free popsicles and see what happens.
  4. Dear Sherri, Dr. Ortiz has done over 12, 000 operations so I am sure you will be ok. Every surgery is not perfert so some people may have problems say 1 out of 100. I am sure you will be in good hands with Dr. Ortiz. Just look at all the credentials that he has.

  8. Just keep drinking a lot of water. You might get weak if you skip a meal. You would have to ask the bariatric doctor about the situation. Also, you probably should have a protein bar on you and a bottle of water just in case you do get weak.
  9. Dear Jesus, be upon Amanda right now and heal her heart, and heal the rest of her body. Lord, heal her from head to toe and give the doctors the wisdom to help her. Jesus, give her the Holy Spirit to comfort her mind and body. Amen
