Hey Manatee, I wouldn't do something you do feel ready to do. If you want to go and you want to more up front start quizzing your friend. Low pressure in my book equals the old saying "there is safety in numbers" Any kind of group type outing is an OK first blind date. She may appreciate it too, gives her a chance to try and figure out if you are someone she feels comfortable being "alone" with. D, everyone in this little town calls me Jody. I am not sure what is going on, I do know this, I just changed up my diet. I am doing one solid meal per day the rest is liquids. I am 4 pounds from what I weighed the day I was admitted and I am trying to keep it going. If I can get one pound lower than that it will be a huge psychological boost. Thanks for asking. JC

HP, I never got my HAM license but am very good friends with KD4KXJ and KD4KYN. One of them told I should get off my tail-end and get my license because they dropped the morse code requirement. I never could sit still long enough to learn code. Although I have kept telling my self that one day I will even without the req. I used to run one of the rigs that caused sooo much controversy. J, I may vry well be insane or insanely driven when I have a goal in mind. As for the bik ride, I would drive up. It is only a 14 hour drive most of it is on I-75 which is three miles from my house. I can either camp or hotel/motel makes no difference to me. I call the area where I live, the cow pasture in between Tampa and Orlando. I do sleep! BG this is simply not true! I went to sleep at a quarter to 11:00 pm. I woke up at 1:45am. So there you have it I do in fact sleep! lol ( I think I may be F-ing Nuts!) JC

BG, it was pretty funny to me, because the two dingbats I was walking with had no idea the dog bit me until I told them. I had to show them the blood for them to believe me because I didn't even miss a step. I am fine it could have been bad but it wasn't. JC
