Im down to 304 with a total of 57 lbs pre and post totals, and im so happy right now, confidence is coming out of me, so many good changes, i can see my penis again sorry i had to say it -

Its not always about size its about how he rocks your world

And trust me us guys will gain something but go looking to gain 12 inches or something cause you won't see it, the most you gain is around 2 inches or so, if that's all i can ill take it. Good luck guys

Ive lost 56 lbs and i maybe gained a 1/2 inch

I was sleeved on December 11th and ive lost total pre and post op 56 pounds and ive notice that my penis is a little longer and thicker, i mean i can hold it with one hand now as before i couldn't so i help that gives you some hope

Ive already lifted things as heavy as 90 lbs and everything was ok so i guess its all on the person, cause my dr told me to hit the gym hardcore dont hold back -

Its sounds like everyone is doing good other then pain, i myself have not had any pain or any other setbacks since day 4, im down to 315 from 361 and im already back to work as of yesterday i have no restrictions i can lift weights,do cardio, run and some other things with my wife, so all in all im doing great, please keep in touch everybody, i still have to be on the liquid diet for 3 more weeks so i so ready for some solids. -

I went home the next day and only dealing with a little pain slight nausea, but other then that im good im sorry to about other people's pain you will get through it god bless everyone -
