No, this is common. Have you compared pictures? It helps. and time helps too. I sometimes still see the 260 pound girl. It does get better.

Hey everyone. So i havent been active on the thread but here i am again and guess what i have hit the one year mark. Getting the sleeve was the best decision i made for myself. I look a whole lot better than i ever did, have tonnes of energy and feel so much healthier. I'm now going to go see my gynae to see if i'm at the right stage to plan my first child. Anyone have info for me on getting pregnant after surgery?

I'm not a patient person I would like at least 2 lbs a week or SOMETHING! I've change several things to try to lose weight but it's not working! Any recommendations or stories that will give me a boost of Ego? Please I'm pretty bummed!

Thank you both for the boost! I really need it right now! It's been a rough few weeks! I go bk to work this week and hopefully with the distraction of being a nurse and running like a chicken with now head I won't think about my weight!

So does this look ok? I've been a little bad christmas parties like crazy I'm eating the cheese and meat trying hard to stay away from Cookies but a bite here and there going to hit the gym hard the first on jan and try and just maintain and no gain ever !!! this is the first time on a forum! Excited to talk to people in my situation !

Hi all, 7 weeks out now and have lost 45lbs. I am currently on my second stall though. I have been exercising daily and eat around 700 caps. Only seem to stay the same on the scales. I have been losing inches though, on waist and chest. If I increase my Protein do U think I will start losing again? Thanks
