Lol...pardon my french...but this sh*t sucks...im grinding thru watching everyone else eat Thanksgiving dinner...im holdin out...and im surprised how easy it is actually...but everything smells great...stay tuff everybody...my surgery is this tuesday the 27th...

Well...my sleeve date was nov.27 2012...here it is june 25 2013...and im am so proud to say I started at 470lbs...and I am down to 310lbs...I went for my cjeck up yesterday and was so geeked about my numbers...im hold true to a lil less than 1500 calories a day..im getting my Protein in everyday...and im working out everyday...life is so different now...I looked at my pre-op pic vs. Yesterday's pic..and to be honest...it was a real moment for me...I cant..wont mess up this second chance at life...

Well im 1 week out...i went for my 1st post-op check...my pre-op weigh in was 471...3weeks later im 420lbs....im so geeked(excited)....

Well I'm two days out...walking is easier than expected...liquid diet is definitely easier considering i dont have much of an appetite... im just scheduling my appointments and makin sure to follow the doctors orders...but everybody after me..let me just say..stay in good spirits and try to do all your doctor tells you to do

I checked in at 6 this mornin...surgery is at 9am....time to put my game face on..wish me luck

Wassup people...im almost near the middle of my 2 week diet...im a big dude what's who does construction work for a livin...im starting to expirience alot of muscle cramping...im hopin more fluids will cure this..but it i went to the gym yesterday...and i can joke now..but last night was terrible for body cramps...one more week to go tho...#gottastaytuff
