To be honest dont weigh urself yet.. the scale can play tricks with ur mind. I didnt weigh myself for a good 2-3 months after surgery.. n now im addicted to weighing myself. N at times I get annoyed cause the scales not movin the way I want to. Lol..

I'm ok, just have some pain in my stomach to where the nervous are starting to come back. But I'm so glade to be out of the hospital n be home...

So I got my time Surgery is tomorrow at 830am && I have to check in at 530am... Praying that surgery goes smoothly with no complications, && a speedy recovery...
Please keep me in your prayers as I em very scared & nervous..

Day five of full liquid and for me it is getting harder each day..and yes every damn commercial is for food. I am proud that I have not cheated at all, but I am hungry! I only have to do ten days and my surgery is on the 17th so its almost over. Good luck to everyone!

That's really good hope I can have as much Success as u.. my surgery is this Saturday coming up... :-)

But when I stepped on the scale this morning and seen I've lost 10lbs felt GREAT!!!! Let's just hope thing stay good, Next Saturday is my surgery.... Praying for strength!! ♥

I start mine Monday too, but they schedule me for a Saturday surgery the 17th of November..

My 2week pre-op liquid diet. I have stocked up on premier vanilla Protein Shakes 30grams, sugar free Jello and propel.. && a few gatorades n chicken broth... Hoping I can get thru this as easy as I got thru no soda for 4 months now n not smoking now for 4 weeks.... Wish me luck ... Surgery date : November 17th...
