Today from.the hospital, I'm em 2 days post op... I had my surgery on Saturday.... My stomach is hurting n I'm trying to get my liquids in, which is hard... He said to start my protein again... Nit looking forward to that.. I'm on a full liquids for the next three weeks.. :/

That good... I am new to this... My name is Mari I'm from NY... Where are you from? Currently on pre-op stage with appts and evaluations... Recently started feeling so scared about having WLS... .. At this point in time do you regret having WLS?

Congrats on that and being home too.

Maybe take from Water to dilute what you drink for Protein well enough as a start.

Walk all you can stand to. The more you walk the less your stomach will hurt. Just short walks several times a day. That is what they taught me when I had surgery.
