  7. Hello my surgery was also on 12-12-12. Best thing I ever did. Since the start I've lost a total of 44lbs. I've been sticking to the Dr. and nutritionalist recommedations like glue. I'm able to eat one egg, and the only real issue is with the 1% milk but mild always was a bit of an issue even before the surgery. I like my Premier Protein Chocloate shakes from costco and the Premier Protein Peanut Butter bars as well. My tastes have changes some but all in all I'm able to get my protein and liquid in with the help of sugar free popsicles. Currently I'm doing my treadmill 3 days a week 1 mile a day. Also, walk my dog daily so that helps as well. Keep in touch and best to you all on our new journey to healthy.

  19. My pre op diet was as follows:3 Premeir Protein Shakes (Costco) and one Lean Cuisine with 200 -230 calories per day. I was satisfied with this and lost one pound a day. Then clear liquids for two days prior to surgery. Good Luck with your sleeve. My surgery was on 12-12-12 and I'm doing great.
  20. I had my surgery on Wednesday 12-12-12. First visit to the Dr. was great by the second visit I had gained 3 lbs. The Dr. would only do my surgery if I lost 10 lbs. prior so she knew I was committed to losing weight. So now I had to lose 13 lbs. Ugh.... The pre-op diet was 3 protein shakes and one Lean Cuisine meal that was between 200 - 230 calories. I lost 14 lbs in just 2 weeks, schudled my surgery had 2 days of clear liquid only and had a very successful surgery.
