  1. I have arthritis and should not use products with Aspartame. I only use Sweet-N-Low it doesn't contain Aspartame.
  2. Hello, I'm also on my pre-op diet. I'm allowed 1000 calories a day which is 3 Protein shakes and one Lean Cuisine meal with between 200-230 calories. Drink plenty of sugar free non carbonated beverages. Good Luck to you!

  4. The grass always looks greener on the other side. If your happy with the one your with, see were it leads. No rush take your time.
  5. From reading previous post others suggest you bring chap stick and Gas X dissolve strips. Good Luck with your surgery.
  6. Tell your employer what's going on and get there take. Ask if the surgery date would work, let them know how important both your job and this surgery are for you. Allow the employer to be part of the decision. Best of luck and praying for you.
