I'm single too, a bit older than you guys, I will have my surgery 6 days before my 50th birthday. And I understand a recent post, that I don't know how to act around guys. Mysterious creatures that they are. lol I can't wait to see the new 'lesser' me, and maybe people will start to see me for who I really am instead of some fat lady. Wish my luck, my surgery date is the 17th of december.

Tonight I mixed crystal light with a vegetable protein powder. It wasn't bad. I should have not mixed it with ice first, and then add the ice.

I'm self pay, and it's the only thing I think about too. It's a big decision. I try and stay relaxed about it, but in fact, I'm a bit nervous. I worry that my old habits will come back and sabotage my wt. loss. -
Anyone Travel For A Living? Roadwarriors?

I'm scheduled for surgery on December 17th, and I'm concerned how I'm going to eat while on the road. I travel by plane 3 days a week, and anyone who does so knows that airports are poor nutrition outlets. Any ideas what to pack a carry on? What do you eat? How do you handle the protein shakes? etc. any advice would be helpful -

So excited and nervous at the same time. Had my psych eval today too. Very busy day for me. I am going to use the Christmas holidy time to recover and advance my diet. Will keep everyone posted. Thanks for reading.
