  2. Congratulations! Isnt it just amazing what this tool "the sleeve" can do? I love the lifestyle, I dont think the lifestyle is difficult. I keep asking why didnt I know about this years ago??? LOL... Again, way to go!

  4. you cant think about food the same way after surgery...............food is fuel, a necessary nutrient for healing, weightloss and maintainance.... Go with a turkey or chicken burger and lowfat cheese........no bread! Change your thought process on food! Think of how to make your favorite stuff BETTER, less fat and calories....its kind of fun! Good Luck.
  5. Hi, I am almost 3 mo out from VSG...I love this lifestyle. I have lost 43 lbs since surgery, prob more, havent stepped on the scale yet for this week. Just remember, you still have to eat right and exercise...this is no magic solution. I did hours and weeks of research, I knew exactly what I was getting into. I had all my Protein, food ready to go. It is a lifestyle....not magic. Good luck

  7. Sleeved Election Day, Have lost 80 lbs since August. I fit into a Size 20 down from a 28....I am back on my Rollarblades! I am thrilled beyond belief! Its all happening so fast! Just thought I would share this wonderful news! Kim

  9. Wow, congratulations on such a huge weightloss in 2 months....whatever you are doing is working...Dam! My nut says to eat up to 900 cals a day between 6-8 weeks post op...I sometimes eat a little more and losing an average of 3.5 lbs a week. I have lost 33 since surgery which was 2 months ago. 73 lbs since August when I embarked on this journey! Keep up the good work!

  16. Why do you need and endoscopy? Sounds like quite a few of you had to have one. My surgeon didnt require it.
  17. had 2 glasses of cabernet the other night, I am 7weeks. It did nothing for me at all! Not even a buzz.......I was expecting to get smashed....NOPE!!!! probably wont drink again............
  18. 1 cup of Peanut Butter and enought Protein powder to make it a thick consistency, I just keep mixing it in until I an roll them in balls with my hands then place in the freezer.

  20. Nature valley protein bars............they are delish! I also make peanut butter choc protein powder balls...........then freeze them, what a treat!
  21. Did your surgeon put you on actigall after surgery to prevent the gallstones?
  22. My nut wants me eating 900 cal between 6-8 weeks..I am losing very well. Sometimes I get 1000....
