Maybe answer to stalls
I read a book a long time ago that women's weight loss goes along with their monthly cycle. Actually, even after a full hysterectomy, I still find this to be my case. I really don't know if its true, but I will loose a lot the week after, I would normally have a period, but the weeks around that time my weight just trickles along. Who knows for sure, but it may help someone.

Dumping Syndrome
I'm a type 1 diabetic, and my surgeon didn't want to do the bypass because of dumping. Can't bring my sugar back up if I'm dumping..... So I guess he thinks you won't dump with sleeve. Others have said you do, I don't know.

People and their ridiculous expectations....
I have 11 days till surgery and want as much information as possible. It just baffles me that a pre op,diet would make ppl so upset. I feel,if I can do the pre,op,diet that I will have success for after surgery. Sorry for the commas my iPad has letters close together. Lol. I want to be successful, not just have surgery. It's not a magic bullet. Thank you so much. Love this post! I've lost 40lbs on pre op diet, that was hard work but I know that after surgery, I'm up to the challenge.

Shortness=slower weight loss?
I'm 4'11" and don't think it has anything to do with height. I don't see tall ppl losing faster than short ppl. It just depends on you.

Five things no one every told me how to deal with
I have learned to take in my clothes so I can get more use out of them. My sweat pants I took in 4 inches on each side. Jeans 2 inches on each side. Pinterest has a part that you can take in t-shirts. I just can't go,out and keep buying cloths. Just wish there was a way to take in bras. Lol. Just got new panties for Christmas and looking for ways to take them in as well.

January 22nd
Yep, I'm set for the 22nd and am starting to get excited. Christmas time was tough, family kept trying to talk me out of getting it done. I lost 36lbs pre op so they said if I can do that I can do more. Well, my motivation is getting the surgery. But now that I'm almost there I found myself cheating a little. Yep, I need to have. 2 weeks can't come soon enough!

Work Out Pants
Well I started out with wal-mart sweat pants, lost 36lbs and don't want to buy more yet so I took 4 inches off them and can still take more in. I'm not there to show off, I want to get my workout done and go on with my day. It helps that I go,to curves and no men are allowed.

Pre op testing
Just finished all my pre op testing, wasn't bad except the pulmonary exam, felt like I ran 10 miles. Lol Family at Christmas were trying to talk me out of getting the surgery done, I sure wish they were more supportive.
