I'm sure you could contact them regarding your allergies and their products. I think I may save this site for when I am postop! lol
  10. I like Idealshape meal replacement shakes. I do not know if they have a nut allergy warning.
  11. From the reviews I've read of both, they are both skilled surgeons. I chose Dr. Lopez b/c he specializes in high BMI patients, like myself, who have greater risk during surgery... And he has a second surgeon with him when performs surgery to allow for another set of professional eyes. Since I have a bit of an anesthesia phobia that helps me a lot. Amanda Rae
