I found this guide online and its so helpful and it answered most all my questions. It's great for us that are self-pay and are not meeting with a NUT or Bariatric surgeon Enjoy!!

Well you won't die or anything if you dont take it but it will help your weight loss and wellbeing if you continue taking a multi Vitamin for life
