Lol, I stayed strong. Left work an hour early and made a Protein shake instead. I'm off to my first softball practice in years. This is going to be ugly. I'm planning to check out her blog tonight when I get home. I need t mix up my weekly diet. I've been stuck with Protein shakes and beef jerky/cheese.- Way behind the 8 ball
Oh no, I might need to venture out and see them. I'm currently at my desk forbidding myself from going to our cafe, they have carrot cake there today and I really, really want some. BUT I want to be under 200 more. It's touch and go, thankfully my phone keeps ringing and I can't escape my desk. Since this is my 1st post in the Veterans category I should introduce myself a little. I was sleeved almost 8 months ago, I'm down 114lbs and now fighting to lose the rest. It's slowed way down, hunger has returned and my sleeve has matured. I find myself relating to this category more than the others. I appreciate all the support everyone gives each other.- feb 2013 sleevers weigh in

Today marks 7 months post op. pre-op 315, SW 294, today 208. I am still only able to eat max 2 oz protein at a meal. 60 pounds until I reach the lowest goal I have set. Realistically, I set my goal at 30 more lbs. I'll see how I feel and go from there. I've also upped my calories to 1200 and most days I'm able to hit it with 6 meals and guacamole. Hope everyone else is doing great.- How long post-op did you need shakes?
I'll be 7 months post op tomorrow and use shakes daily.- FEBRUARY SLEEVERS 2013....how you doing after you've been Sleeved
Right now I'm not tracking really well but I aim for 1200. I haven't been tracking carbs as much but I keep them under 100.- FEBRUARY SLEEVERS 2013....how you doing after you've been Sleeved
My weight loss came to a halt right around 6 months. It didn't matte what I did I stayed within a 2 pound range. I honestly thought that my body was done loosing since my surgeon said 60-65% excess weight loss is what I wil achieve from this. I decided to go out on a limb and up my calories and fat. I eat guacamole every day, most days twice a day ( the 100 calorie ones) since I started this last week the scale has moved again. I lost 4.6 just last week and so far today I'm done .5 for this week and it just started. Maybe this can help everyone else? Maybe it was a fluke but I'm going to stick with it as much as I can. Starting 315 Sugery 294 (21) 1 month-276 (18) 2 months-269 ( 7) 3 months-247.5( 21.5) 4 months -238.6 ( 8.9) 5 months-229. (9.6) 6 months -216.7 ( 12.3) Today: -211 ( 5.7) That's 114 total since pre-op, hang in there.- PLEASE tell me my boobs will shrink
I've gone from a 44D to a 38/40 C in about 5 months. I'm pretty sure they are going to stabilize there since I haven't lost anymore boobage in the last 20 pounds. Before I gained a lot of weight I was anywhere from a 36C to 40C- feb 2013 sleevers weigh in
I wanted to update. Sleeved 2-4-13 and the scale is moving again. It's defiantly slower than it was before but I'm happy it's moving. In pretty sure the honeymoon is over It took about 20 days for it to budge.- FEBRUARY SLEEVERS 2013....how you doing after you've been Sleeved
Victory, the scale is moving again. Back to my 100lb loss. 49 more until goal- FEBRUARY SLEEVERS 2013....how you doing after you've been Sleeved
I just posted in the other Feb thread but I've slowed down too. I haven't had a loss in a few weeks. Time to really step things up.- feb 2013 sleevers weigh in
I can't get my scale to move, I think it's time to try liquids for a few days to get everything moving again. I hit 100lb loss (21 from pre op) and now I'm at 99. It's been a couple weeks. I'm really hoping to get 16 off by November.- Military Spouse

Thank you, looks like we started with similar stats. I'm going to take the plunge with heathy fats and calories and try to get them up a little more. You're doing fantastic too. Well done, always so encouraging to the group. Thank you for being here for everyone.- FEBRUARY SLEEVERS 2013....how you doing after you've been Sleeved

I wanted to stop back in and see where everyone is at with eating. I was sleeved 2/4 and with pre-op (21) I've lost 100lbs. My scale is at a stand still for a little bit and I'm having to evaluate my calories. Where is everyone at? I've been reading a lot about our bodies needing more calories and it's good to up them from time to time. I decided to take the plunge and up my range to 900-1100 calories. I am nervous and feel like I am going to gain. Realistically, I should lose with anything under 1600 since I'm still over 200lbs. (217). Right? Today was hard to get in all those calories calories but I ended with 982. And the last hundred was thanks to a horrible choice of a handi snack cheese and crackers. As I ramble. Is anyone eating higher calories and still losing? - Way behind the 8 ball
