I never liked iced coffee before, but this is a great way to get your protein in. Do you use caffeinated coffee? I thought that was a no-no?

I was sleeved on 8/28/12 as well. As I sit here eating my 2 oz. of yogurt, I'm grateful for this "tool" to get me to my goal!
