  1. Good morning friends!!

    Everyone is quiet here so I hope that's a good sign that we are all doing well and being successful. I'm just trucking along. Nothing new to add. I'm maintaining my weight but I know I should make healthier food choices. I stay at a good calorie count but just not with healthy stuff. I even ate 5 pieces of bacon yesterday!!!! Ouch!!!

    Yummy but not good for me.

    Morning!! I'm also maintaining but I'm stuck....need to loose more and it's making me angry that the weight lost has stopped. Other than that I'm doing!!

  2. Looking fabulous post op Setember sleevers! It's been awhile since I've been on here but I keep up with the post on my phone. The updates keep me encouraged and strong because I'm a slow loser with many stalls. But I can tell more and more in the inches.

    Remember this...Be grateful for the stuff you go through --- it's all working together for YOUR good! My daily prayer!!

  3. Happy Holday's to All!! It's amazing how well we all are doing! Feels good to see that our hard work is paying off. I've been doing good just trying to get my Protein in and exercise when I can. Feels so good to be off majority of my medicines and return to the workplace. My journey started off with congestive heart failure and cardiac arrythmia which had me on at least 9 different medicines which caused me to be put on long disability. So, we decided that the sleeve will help me and it has changed my life! Only on 4 meds, all the Vitamins and released off disability Jan 2013!! THANK GOD for the sleeve and my September Sleevers!! Reading your blogs and status has lifted my spirits and gave me so much encouragement!!

  4. What foods feel like that. For me it's sliced deli meats and Jello? I have lost 20 since surgery but I don't see mine like i see yours. U look like you have lost much more. Keep it up.

    Thanks, sorry I have been offline the last couple of days. chicken breast and scrambled eggs seem to give me the stuck feeling. I retained so much Fluid before my surgery due to my heart problems. So, I believe a lot of that was fluid that I lost.

  5. @Ich256 and @SAAH'SMom, it's encouraging to see that ya'll are doing so well! Reading some of these post makes me have mixed feelings....what's right and wrong. So, I follow my NUT directions. I'm 4 weeks tomorrow post-sleeve and I feel blessed but I know I have a long journey ahead!

    Become friends on MFP my ID name is mlkthomas

  6. Tomorrow will be 1 month since surgery. I'm still having the stuck feeling with certain foods. I just want to be able to sit down to eat and everything goes down easy. Getting my Water intake and Protein Shakes are very easy....why is food so hard?? tuna, fish and popsicle are my best friend. This is very hard to meet my calorie goal......just keeping the hope and faith this too shall pass.

    @MDM0927, I'm going to try almonds :)

    I'm mlkthomas on myfitnesspal....join me!

  7. I loved the Special K pink lemonade mix but I haven't been able to find it the last 6 months. Where do you buy it?

    It's so hard living on Protein Shakes and Popsicles when my family ate el pollo loco and Taco Bell in front of me. Also at work today was pizza, chocolate cake and coke. Ugh I really miss my diet coke more than anything.

    I buy mine from Walmart and HEB. I'm so tired of the Protein shakes, I'm going to have to start mixing some fruit with them to give them different takes. I so want a diet dr. pepper!

  8. Thanks for helping me keep the strength...newgrandmother, ready4change77, MDM0927, and Justin13!! I'm still on liquids but so tired of the Soups, Protein Shakes and JELLO!! I'm keep plenty of Fluid down by mixing the Special K20 pink lemonade Protein to my Water. But I so want some food other than liquids, my doctor requires 3 weeks :angry: I cooked smoothered pork steaks, broccoli rice casserole for my family today and survived
