  1. I enjoy the wii sports packet.
  2. Thanks to ALL who answered me! I started playing it today and only lasted 10 minutes on a slow walk around the track. . Tomorrow will be better and eventually I can move up to fancier games. :-) Thanks!
  3. Anyone have anything good/bad/neutral to say about this Protein powder? Thanks!
  4. Wow. I truly hope that you outrank his boss. My husband pouts when I can't go to events with him- at any weight. I would suggest what others have, ASK him! Talk to him. But, that being said, yes, you can certainly lose the weight by March. Start now on a really low carb meal plan. I wasn't losing weight (i'm a 51 yr old female) on a low calorie plan. As soon as i went low carb like less than 10 a day, i lost 30+ pounds in 3 months. If it weren't for the surgery, I doubt i would have kept if off. However, I'm 5 weeks post-op and my body is in a major stall w no weight loss or inches lost. I've lost about 6 more pounds since pre-surgery. It HAS made a diff in how I look, feel, and present myself. And I know its not coming back. So my point is, if this really bothers you, start w a serious low carb and see how your body reacts. Mine loved it. You should be able to lose weight by march, but do it for yourself. Not him or his ignorant boss.
  5. I didn't have one either. My surgeon says he goes by what's needed. If the body is producing a lot of discharge, then he'll put one in. I'd suggest asking your surgeon what his policy is.
  6. Thanks everyone! Fluffy- we already have the WIi setup & i have no kids at home that I cld use the excuse to buy an Xbox. :-). 'My Body Coach 2' looks interesting! Thanks!
  7. Holy Toledo! You don't even look like the same guy! Congrats!!!
  8. I'm going to give it a try. Anyone use it?
  9. Put them in my pudding for two days now. All systems are happily flowing.
  10. LOL! Ok! Good, you are enthused!! Do you buy anything there that you would recommend post-sleeve? Any prepared meals? Protein shakes? Anything I should stay away from? Thank you!
  11. Can these only be bought online or do stores sell them?
  12. ...just opened near me. Anyone get anything good from this store? Thanks!
  13. I'm pretty darn sure its not acid, but I'll do the tums/milk experiment. Good idea. I'm getting between 60-90. Most days are on the high end. And i mostly eat Protein so it's spread out pretty evenly. BUT i'm thinking I'm not eating dense enough protein. I've got chicken cooking up in the crockpot so i'll munch on that for the next few days and see if I can last longer than 3 hours. And i need to buy some extended release powder.... Thanks!
  14. to plan better and have more ready to eat options in my frig. I love power crunch Protein bars and could eat 3 a day, but they are high in carb. I'm SO glad I'm not alone in this. :-)
  15. Thanks Andy! Will the product say 'extended release?' And yeah, it's not the same hunger as before, you are right. It's more like 'uh oh! Tank is empty!' :-)
  16. I need to eat! I've starting timing it and it's really true! And I'm eating high protein foods. I'll be 5 weeks out on Tuesday! Whoa. It went by fast! Anyone else have this happen to them? And it's hunger, not acid.
  17. Thanks! Yeah, it was pretty dumb of me. Talking and not really paying attention and it got stuck. I STILL can't believe how much it hurt my stomach. I def have a new appreciation for those on here w upset bellies.
